Plate Rolling & Bending
- ASP owns & deploys latest hydraulic plate bending machines (Himalaya Make) with in-built edge pre-pinching facilities.
- Capacities : upto 120 mm plate thickness & 3000 mm plate width
Welding
ASP has developed inhouse welding capabilities inclusive of highly skilled technicians/welders & equipments for :-
- Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
- Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
- MIG/GMAW Welding
- SMAW Welding
Hydro Pressure Testing
ASP has in-house developed Hydrotesting jigs for Hydro-pressure testing of large diameter pipes (ranging from 1000 mm to 7500 mm). The pipes are tested by either Horizontal or Vertical methods.
